Walking - Getting in Touch with Nature and Yourself

Going for a walk, jog, or bike ride in a park or nature environment is a great way to not only get in touch with nature, it's a great way to get in touch with yourself. It tends to be a calming and even healing experience. You can wipe your mind clean of all your problems and issues and just... be. If you clear your mind, and just concentrate on your surroundings, you will reduce your stress level and be able to think more clearly after the experience. You'll be healthier too. |
