Double Risk - A Variation on a Great Game
By James Emery Vigh of profbruno.com
Many people who have played the board game "Risk" agree that it is a great game. The game has been updated recently, but my favorite is a (undocumented, I believe) variation called "Double Risk". It's a great game for 4 or more players. To play "Double Risk", to start with simply place 2 boards together end to end. Pass the country cards out for one board first then do the other board. Use both decks for the play. 3 or more player Risk is always a nasty game as far as alliances are concerned, but is even better in "Double Risk". Try it. You'll like it.
